Day 1

You should arrive at the airport for your overnight flight to Cairo.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Khan el-Khalili bazaar  and Tutankhamun

Your amaztand majestically on a desert plateau. Then, we visit the Egyptian Antiquities Museum: Then take a stroll through 6,000 years of history with a visit to the Egyptian Antiquities Museum. Among the 120,000 treasures, the star attraction is the tomb of Tutankhamun and the legendary gold mask placed over the pharaoh’s mummy.

Finally, we wander through the maze of streets that make up the 600-year-old Khan el-Khalili bazaar. we sample exotic essential oils, watch craftsmen work with brass and copper, or bargain for souvenirs.

 

Sakkara was the cemetery for Memphis. The area is best known for the Step Pyramid–the oldest in Egypt and a prototype for those at Giza. Sakkara also boasts a prime minister’s tomb and a queen’s pyramid. Each tells a fascinating story and offers a glimpse into the lives of the ruling classes.

Dashur:

Dashur is a royal necropolis located in the desert on the west bank of the Nile. It is known chiefly for several pyramids–two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best preserved in Egypt: the Red Pyramid, which is the world’s first true smooth-sided pyramid, and the Bent Pyramid.

After a delicious meal, we witness the ink-black sky studded with stars, the Pyramids and the Sphinx seem to stand on the edge of a windswept desert.  we watch thousands of years of Egyptian history unfold against this stunning backdrop during a sound and light show.

Day 4

Enjoy an entire day at your leisure. Sit by the pool or shop to you drop

You may either relax or enjoy the excellent facilities at the hotel. Alternatively, there are some optional trips on offer: a short excursion is to Luxor.

Day 5

Cairo at night, Whirling Dervishes and Kahawa

Today we experience the exotic side of Cairo at night. We explore the stalls and passageways of a 600-year-old bazaar, we browse the stalls and haggle for a good price at Khan el-Khalili bazaar;  essential oils, jewellery, spices, and leather filling the shops of medieval alleyways. Next,  we head to the Wekalet El Ghoury to catch a hypnotic performance of the Whirling Dervishes before enjoying a traditional Egyptian meal. After dinner,we take a stroll to a local cafe, for Turkish coffee.

Day 6

After breakfast you will be whisked away on a scenic tour, today, we  float the Nile on one of the oldest types of sea crafts, the Egyptian felucca. Where you will relax aboard a felucca, a traditional Egyptian sailboat, and enjoy a sailing adventure on the Nile. Feluccas work without an engine, depending only on their broad, canvas sails. We sit back and let a southern Egyptian wind take you on a peaceful journey.

Day 7

Your final day in Cairo is again at leisure, before transferring to the airport at the appropriate time for your return flight to Heathrow.

Day 8

Day 2

Hot-air balloons ride  and Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show.

After lunch we will be whisked you away for a ride of your life, you will experience Luxor by the light of sunset as you glide high above the city in a hot air balloon. We embark on a balloon journey of the West Bank sky accompanied by a knowledgeable guide. Once in the air, the Karnak Temple Complex is visible to the east, while the west features views of Hatshepsut Temple.  You’ll witness the Colossi of Memnon as they seemingly rise from crop fields below before flying above the Ramesseum for an aerial view of the complex. You will see the Valley of the Queens resting in the mountains off in the distance while on your balloon exploration of Luxor. Finally, we take a unique journey through illuminated ancient Egypt with an evening tour of the Karnak Temple Complex and experience the various highlights of the complex as they are lit up against the night sky.

 Day 3

Karnak and Luxor temples, valley of Kings, and Hatshepsut temple.

We pay a visit to both the west and east banks of Luxor on this full-day excursion and see famous sites as the Karnak and Luxor temple complexes, the valley of the Kings, and the Colossi of Memnon.

We begin the day at the Karnak Temple Complex, admiring its collection of temples, chapels, pylons, and other massive buildings, including the Great temple of Amen and a structure started by Pharaoh Ramses II. Then along the avenue of Sphinxes before continuing on to the Luxor Temple Complex, dominated by statues of Pharaoh Ramses II.

Finally at the valley of the Kings, take note of the grand scale of the architecture used for burial purposes, with tombs that were carved into the desert rock, decorated, and filled with treasures for the afterlife. Many kings are buried in the valley, this journey of Luxor takes you to three of these area tombs. WeSpend the afternoon at two colossal statues of Amenhotep III before heading to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the limestone cliffs that surround it.Day 4

Fly you to Cairo gaze at the Giza plateau and Sphinx

After breakfast we fly you to Cairo which is  few hours flight away from Luxor, our private tour begins with a guided visit to the Egyptian Museum, where you’ll have no choice but to admire a large collection of Egyptian artifacts, as well as the top attraction is the tomb of Tutankhamun and his gold burial mask.

After indulging in a delicious lunch at one of Cairo’s most popular restaurants, we’ll continue to the Giza plateau, which is home to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chepren, and Mycerinus the last of the seven wonders of the Ancient World and to the iconic, rock-carved Sphinx with its lion body and human head.

Day 1

Day 2: Accra Tour

After your morning arrival you will be whisked away from the airport to our boutique lodgings located in the heart Accra city via private transfer. All rooms are air-conditioned, and brightly decorated. After some time to relax and freshen up, we experience one of the highlights of your tour– you’ll be whisked off in an air-conditioned vehicle we begin at Independence Square and visit the Flame of African Liberation, lit in 1961, we tour the National Museum of Ghana, showcasing Ghana’s heritage and culture. We get a chance to mingle and have a chat with the women traders at Makola Market and shop for cloth and local items. We then have spot of lunch at a reputable restaurant near the market, we continue to the Kwame Nkrumah memorial, commemorating their first President. As we exploring the vibrant city we enjoy walking among the stalls at the Centre for National Culture crafts market. The tour ends at the coastal area of Jamestown and ascend the lighthouse built in the 1930’s. After beautiful day out we  head back to the hotel.

Day 3: Asenema Falls, Boti Falls and Akaa Falls

Today will be the one of the highlights of your holiday as we see the breathtaking three falls we stop at the Asenema Falls:  A short walk along a stream leads to this rarely visited falls Boti Falls: The most visited falls in this area is at the bottom of 250 concrete steps.  This seasonal falls is a double side by side falls during the high flow. Before a a delicious Ghanaian launch.  We hike to Umbrella Rock scenic lookout as we head to Akaa Falls. During full flow you would be surrounded in a canyon of falling water.

Day 4: Beach Day at Kokrobite 

Today we day at  the beach village of Kokrobite, just half hour outside Accra city. Kokrobite is a laid back beach village with a small rastafarian community, we enjoy a local lunch of freshly caught fish at an excellent local Italian restaurant. Once our stomachs are full we do  some shopping for local crafts and learn about the local traditions as we casually participate in some drumming and dance. Later we canoe in the wetlands of the Densu Delta for a lush ride in the wild. Great birding.  We will leave  Accra just before sunset  to grab dinner.

Day 6: Accra Markets Explorer 

Accra’s eclectic market scene is a hub of culture and creativity. We navigate the massive Makol and Salaga markets with the direction of our expert guide. Here, you’ll learn the  art of bargaining. Show off newfound skills and shop for colourful wares including handcrafted musical instruments, fresh vegetables, and bold textiles.

We take a stop at Arena Accra’s timber market. we’ll discover the many uses of locally sourced wood and score insider information about herbal medicine. Day 7: Cape Coast Castle and Hike

Today we travel west from Accra along the coast to the town of Cape coast to tour the U.N. world heritage site of Cape coast castle. Day 3

Lekki Conservation Park Tour and the Art Market.

This morning we approach Lekki Conservation Park for an outstanding guided walking tour. The area around the falls is surrounded by a unique, fauna and flora of this region’s delicate ecosystems along the Lekki Peninsular. As we pass through its unique walkway through the swamp forest. Among the birds we may expect to see is Black Kite, Lizard Buzzard, Harrier-Hawk and, Blue-spotted Wood-Dove conversation becomes virtually impossible. The anticipation mounts and on your first view, you will fully appreciate why this is truly one of the wonders of the natural world. You’ll encounter Mona monkeys, Crocodiles, Bush bucks, Maxwell duikers and Giant rats among other fascinating creatures. After lunch, your guide will take you to visit the Art Market, a collection of African and Nigerian traditional art and carving s will be on display where you can buy crafts and souvenirs.

 Day 4

Your final day in Lagos is again at leisure, before transferring to the airport at the appropriate time for your return flight to Heathrow.
