How do I make a booking with Afrigogo?

We have made booking a flight quick and easy. All you have to do is call us and speak to one of our consultants for assistance on 0203 659 5047.

When do I pay for my flight?

Once the flight details have been confirmed your consultant will advise payment details at the time of booking. Payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

How do I pay for my flight?

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Making a payment by bank transfer/ Internet banking?

If you decide to pay through bank transfer or Internet banking, you will receive an email with the account information necessary to make the transfer after completing your booking. You must make the payment within the term indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail so that the booking can be confirmed. If we don’t receive your payment within that agreed term, your booking will be cancelled and you will need to re-book.

Airfares are guaranteed only upon ticketing, and not upon submission of payment. If any error occurs we will notify you and organize a refund or arrange an alternative. Where you choose an alternative and it is more expensive than your original booking, you may be responsible for paying the difference.

When will my credit card be debited?

Your credit card will be debited at time of booking.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your consultant will advise you once your booking is confirmed, you will also receive an e-mail from us the booking details.

How private are my personal details?

Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. We will not share your personal information with third party organisations.

How do I pick up my flight ticket?

We only provide eTickets. An eTickets is an Electronic Ticket, we will include your eTicket number in the confirmations email. Although it’s not essential to take a copy of this as the eticket is stored electronically on your airline booking you can print it out for your records.

What is the age criteria for Infant and Children?

Infants: 0-1 years till the entire period of travel.  Children: 2-11 years till the entire period of travel.
Please note that infants are not allocated with a seat and must travel on the lap of an adult.

What are the documents required to receive tickets from counter at the airport?

You will be required to present a Passport, along with the printout of your booking confirmation or eTicket number.
